Sophie Bao Tran is an emcee, producer, and host for Vietnamese American programming across broadcast television and digital media. She is widely recognized in the community for her long-running weekly show on Little Saigon TV.

Since becoming a mother, Sophie has continued her family’s creative legacy through The He Tre Productions by producing, along with her sister, educational, bilingual children’s content on her YouTube channel, Mommy & Me Vietnamese, which has grown to nearly 400,000 subscribers and followers across social media platforms.

Named the “Queen of Little Saigon” by OC Weekly for her impact and presence in the community, Sophie studied Film, Television, and Media Studies at the Orange County High School of the Arts and the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and keeping up with her two children, Aria and Enzo.
