Jennifer Ngoc Tran (a.k.a. Cô Phở) is a Vietnamese American educator, performer, songwriter, and community advocate based in Orange County, California. She is the co-founder of Mommy & Me Vietnamese, a bilingual children’s learning platform that helps young families connect with Vietnamese language and culture through music, storytelling, movement, and play.

As Cô Phở, Jennifer writes original music for the channel, performs in educational videos and live events, and works directly with children and families in the community. Her work is centered on making Vietnamese language learning feel joyful, approachable, and meaningful for the next generation.

Jennifer studied Film and Television at the Orange County School of the Arts, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, and has more than eight years of experience in digital marketing strategy. She combines her background in storytelling, performance, marketing, education, and community engagement to create culturally rooted programming that brings Vietnamese families together.
